How long has Prestige Music Studios, Inc. been in business, and who are the owners? Prestige Music Studios, Inc. opened in 2006. However, SaraMarie Eichenberger, the President/CEO has owned a music studio since 1992 and began teaching that same year. Candy Eichenberger, the CFO, has been involved in music since the 1950s and in business since the 1970s. Jerry Eichenberger, another owner, has been a businessman since the 1960s. We have over 100 years of combined experience!
Can I have lessons every other week? Young children should not have every other week lessons as the information will not be retained. Adults are welcome to do this - just let us know your schedule and we will work with you.
How much do lessons cost? Tuition rates vary in each area. Please contact us to receive the specific rates for where you live. They will be reasonable and competitive.
How do I register? You may register online or give us a call at 888.58.PRESTIGE. Whichever is more convenient for you!

What is the availability for lessons? When you register, we ask for all of your availability for lessons. We want to know when you are available first! Then, using our custom teacher matching, we'll help you find the right instructor, day and time. Usually, lessons are available from 9am-9pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays. We do not schedule regular lessons on Sundays, but some teachers may use that day for make-up lessons.
When can I start my lessons? Unless you have very specific availability or needs, we can usually start your lessons within a few days. We do everything we can to not have waiting lists.
Do I have to sign a contract? We ask that you sign a customer service agreement so that you know our rescheduling policies, the tuition rates, and other details; however, you are not signing up for a certain period of time with us. You may cancel your lessons at any time with just 30 days advance notice.

Do you have recitals and performance opportunities? Definitely! We have at least 1 annual recital at a state-of-the-art venue, and other opportunities throughout the year. In addition, we offer MTNA, Piano Guild, Royal Conservatory Exams, MENC, and more.
Can I buy a gift certificate? Certainly! We provide gift certificates for any dollar amount you wish, minimum of $100. Please just call 888.58.PRESTIGE and we will help you determine the right amount and its use. If you register online, you may also include the information in the online registration form if you prefer.
How do you bill for lessons? We invoice you for one month at a time.
How do I pay for lessons? You may hand your teacher a check, money order or cashiers check payable to Prestige Music Studios, Inc. Or, you may mail a check to us at 46 Village Pointe Drive, Powell, OH 43065. In addition, through our Prestige Convenience Package, you may have your Visa or MasterCard automatically debited each month. Please call us at 888.58.PRESTIGE if you would like to make those arrangements.
What if I need to cancel a lesson? If you provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice, we will reschedule the lesson for you; otherwise, it is not rescheduled nor credited to the account. If you cancel the same day due to student illness, we will reschedule the lesson for you. All teacher cancellations will be rescheduled. If a month or more has gone by and you still have outstanding lessons, please call us at 888.58.PRESTIGE so that we can assist you in rescheduling any missed lessons.
